Found some interesting Surveys on Christian Beliefs, Supposedly with error margins around +/- 3-5%, they all have the stuff at the bottom, but notice that most of the sample sizes are around 1000 people, not sure how much weight I’d give them, but these were interesting

Update: I bought the book State of the Church 2005 which has some interesting graphs of Christian practice in the USA from about 1990 forward. I may scan a couple in. also there is a very good statistics aggregation site which has statistics from all sorts of pollsters and such nicely organized check out their religion section:
