Important:
1. You must be registered to vote in California to sign
2. Your current address must match the address you are registered under (you can register/re-register at the same time you sign the petition)
3. All signatures on any single petition must be from people registered to vote in the SAME county. The vote collector does not need to be registered to vote in the same county.
4. For the place of signing field put the city they were collected in.
